We are looking for two experienced candidates in the automotive field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and open work orders

• Respond to phone calls

• Schedule estimates and repairs

• Follow up on completed work

• Process invoices and explain costs to clients

• Advise clients on vehicle maintenance

• Handle and follow up with insurance companies and suppliers

Work Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry

• Diploma from a school in a related automotive field (an asset)

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience working with insurance companies (an asset)

• Languages: French and English (an asset)

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, pleasant work environment

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 CAD per year, based on experience
