Manufacturing Digital Transformation Project Lead

As a Manufacturing Digital Transformation Project Lead at Nexans, you will oversee local, country, and global projects, ensuring seamless integration of Manufacturing Shopfloor Applications such as MES, MES Performance, and Unified Operation Center solutions. You will work closely with the Industrial Digital Transformation Center of Excellence to coordinate functional deployment projects from gap analysis to delivery, driving the adoption of IT-related applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define, implement, and lead or manage IS/IT projects from design stages to project acceptance, focusing on optimal results that meet business requirements.
* Analyze and configure software package components, making necessary changes in compliance with standards and procedures.
* Collaborate with local/central IT/IS, industrial, and program stakeholders to deliver required functional prerequisites for industrial solutions.
* Ensure homogeneous transversal communication (IS strategy & policy) with the business and IT, consolidating data for information security risks analysis or architectural purposes.
Requirements:
* Contribute to the design and implementation of IT/OT standards and solutions, promoting standardization and defending IT and business strategies.
* Guarantee coherence between IT/IS/OT services and business needs, developing adequate functional solutions towards local business demands.
* Communicate effectively with IT, IS, OT teams, and the business about project evolutions or deliveries, being the key functional delivery actor within the IT/IS organization and the Industrial Digital Transformation Program.
Ideal Candidate:
* Works in close relationship with production departments and IT project teams throughout the entire project phase until stabilization.
* Guarantees respect of cyber security principles defined and reports any anomalies.
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with software developing skills, approximately 5-10 years of experience in project management & deployment of software applications, preferably in an international, multicultural, and multi-site environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, while French is an added value. The salary range for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
