Position: Commercial Sales Representative at ESPACE SFR - DETOWIN

ESPACE SFR - DETOWIN stands as a premier partner of SFR in the northern regions of France, operating retail outlets known as Espace SFR. Our organization plays a pivotal role in establishing a robust commercial footprint within the SFR ecosystem. We are a regional small to medium-sized enterprise that embodies agility, boldness, and a structured approach aligned with the operator's standards.

Each of our Espace SFR locations serves as a vital link in the distribution network for SFR's fixed, mobile, and multimedia offerings tailored for both individual consumers and businesses. SFR ranks as the second-largest telecommunications provider in France, boasting an exceptional fiber optic infrastructure (FTTB/FTTH) and extensive 4G network coverage, alongside being a prominent media entity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the most appropriate products and services to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives while contributing to the financial growth of the store in accordance with established protocols.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, address post-sale inquiries, and foster customer loyalty.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technical products or services is required.
  • Possess strong persuasive abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commercial orientation.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, particularly in relation to emerging technologies.
  • Well-presented with superior verbal and written communication capabilities.
