Marketing and Virtual Selling Assistant - EMEA

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Virtual Selling Assistant to join our Estee Lauder Companies EMEA team. The successful candidate will support the Regional Earned and Owned Media team in their overall vision for EMEA, working with diverse beauty brands across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend Analysis: Collaborate with our Global Foresight team to identify actionable trends relevant to ELC EMEA brands and contribute to our influencer marketing strategy.
  • Influencer Scouting: Utilize your knowledge in influencer marketing to match brands with influencer profiles, ensuring alignment with brand goals and values.
  • Marketing Technology: Assist in the fast-track adoption of marketing tools within the region, driving efficiencies and innovations across our media efforts.
  • Network Coordination: Work closely with our 15 brands and 16 countries, ensuring seamless implementation of key initiatives across the region.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses that will enable data-driven decisions, providing insights into earned media performance and strategy effectiveness.
  • Event Support: Help organize internal brand events, contributing to the planning and coordination processes.
  • Competitive Analysis: Research and report on strategic topics such as social commerce and the evolving landscape of platforms like TikTok.
  • Tracking and Implementation: Develop and maintain trackers to ensure that regional and local initiatives are executed effectively, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Social Media Savvy: Keen interest in social media and is always up to date with the most recent innovations and trends especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Skills: Familiarity with influencer marketing, creative, strong analytical skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
