Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in our office in France.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish for luxury brands, ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management with luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Fluency in English is a must.
