At STERIS IMS, we strive to create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science solutions. As a Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing technical information and support to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical information and expertise to key customer accounts for contamination control products, including cleaning chemistries, disinfectants, and sterilants.
- Support customers through telephone and written correspondence, literature generation, lab analyses, and on-site evaluations.
- Collaborate with R&D groups for scientific and technical support.
- Contribute ideas and information for new products, processes, and applications relative to the business unit.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Biological Science. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
- Focused customer and service orientation, with the ability to effectively utilize resources for technical information as needed.
- Solid organizational skills, good judgment, and the ability to think analytically.
