Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our team at MyJobCompany. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of our Points de Vente network in the Auvergne region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Commercial Development:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of each point of sale to identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue and service quality;
  • Collaborate with partners to set and achieve realistic business goals, and provide guidance on implementing action plans and monitoring performance;
  • Ensure partners maintain commercial responsiveness, understand sales tools and processes, grasp product offerings, display merchandise correctly, provide quality service, and organize self-driven promotions;
• Network Densification:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the network;
  • Monitor and analyze changes in the commercial environment in the Auvergne region, and represent the brand to prospects;
• Profile Requirements:
  • Hold a degree and possess relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills;
  • Enjoy working independently while achieving results;
  • Be enthusiastic, diplomatic, and adaptable;
