About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Retail Performance Business Analyst to join our team at BALENCIAGA S.A.S. in Paris, France.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data in real-time versus established targets
- Consolidate data at the product category level, by country, and by online and offline distribution channels
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences
- Coordinate commercial strategy with regional teams and launch collection coordination
- Prepare weekly reports
- Assist in the development of monthly activity reviews
- Perform various analyses, such as sales MD / Order Recap / In-depth Ready-to-Wear Analysis
- Identify and track best-sellers and slow-movers - present e-merchandising results and management recommendations
- Consolidate KPIs across different channels in collaboration with Merchandising, Retail, and E-Business teams
Requirements
- Graduate of a Grande Ecole
- 4-5 years of experience in analytics
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Rigorous and organized
- Advanced Excel skills
