About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Project Manager to join our team at Toloka AI. As a key member of our Delivery team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and managing successful project implementation. This involves both client communication and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, including discovery, decomposition, scope planning, implementation, and adoption. A strong technical background and good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their life cycle are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ultimate ownership for all delivery team projects, including data quality, delivery timelines, unit economics, and overall transparency for stakeholders.
  • Lead a cross-functional delivery team ensuring projects are on track, any issues and risks are highlighted and resolved proactively.
  • Own operations of the delivery team, including internal and external communication, activities planning, posting summaries and status updates, conducting retros, and driving team motivation.
  • Help roll out improvements to the delivery team, focusing on increased adoption and providing feedback for further improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading technical cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing complex projects, including discovery, decomposition, scope planning, implementation, and adoption.
  • Strong technical background and good understanding of LLMs and their life cycle.
  • Client-facing experience.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Experience and proactiveness in suggesting process changes.
  • Language skills beyond English.
  • Python knowledge.
  • Engineering, analytics, or technical consultancy experience.
