Havas Group's CSR department is looking for an Extra-financial Information Manager (F/H) to be based in Puteaux, Ile-de-France.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a CSR strategy, including the preparation of the Sustainability Report and CSR Report.
- Managing relationships with extra-financial rating agencies and other stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to questionnaires.
- Monitoring changes in rating methodologies and analyzing results to improve Havas' rating.
- Preparing extra-financial information for annual reports and brochures.
- Updating and developing the CSR section on the corporate website.
- Contributing to the development of responses to investor questions on ESG topics.
- Monitoring evolutions in the CSR regulatory and sectoral environment, as well as in key ESG reporting frameworks.
Knowledge and skills:
- A Master's degree with a specialization in sustainability/CSR/ESG.
- Significant experience of at least 2 years in the field of CSR and familiarity with agency questionnaires and ESG ratings.
- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written communication in English.
Interpersonal and soft skills:
- A strong personal affinity for sustainability.
- Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills, as well as writing abilities.
- Initiative and autonomy, with the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Organized and capable of simultaneously advancing multiple projects and delivering them on time.
