Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will support the HR teams in handling non-managerial recruitment processes and integration follow-up. This role involves various responsibilities, including:

• Verifying compliance of non-managerial recruitment validation flows in our HRIS
• Supporting managers in briefings
• Posting job ads on external job boards
• Providing support for social media activity
• Sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates
• Preparing interview summaries
• Conducting recruitment interviews in support of HR
• Preparing job offers and contracts in support of HR
• Checking entry HRIS flows via our tool
• Handling candidate responses
• Preparing and monitoring administrative and HR integrations
• Participating in trainee/intern recruitment
• Preparing trainee files for funding requests
• Preparing monthly job vacancy list for sector-wide distribution
• Preparing HR Bachelor's apprenticeship
