About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Development Specialist to join our team at Avril. As a key member of our Innovation Department, you will be responsible for defining, qualifying, and deploying industrial processes and technologies to support the development of our products and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process development strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize industrial processes.
- Conduct laboratory experiments to validate process technologies and analyze results.
- Scale up processes from laboratory to pilot and industrial scales.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with external partners and suppliers to design and procure equipment and instruments.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and process innovations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process development in the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong knowledge of process development, technology, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
