Job Title: Technicien de Maintenance Électrique Industrielle

Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) de maintenance électrique industrielle pour rejoindre notre équipe à GIF Emploi, une société socialement responsable.

Responsabilités Principales
  • Maintenance Préventive
    • Planification :
      • Effectuer la maintenance préventive des équipements électriques en suivant les calendriers établis pour prévenir les pannes et les interruptions de production.
    • Anticipation :
      • Identifier les signes de défaillance potentiels pour prolonger la durée de vie des installations.
  • Diagnostic des Pannes
    • Analyse :
      • Diagnostiquer rapidement et avec précision les pannes électriques pour réduire les temps d'arrêt des installations.
    • Solutions :
      • Identifier les causes des pannes et proposer des solutions durables pour rétablir des performances optimales.
  • Suivi et Entretien
    • Suivi :
      • Assurer un suivi régulier des équipements électriques, des machines, des lignes de production et des systèmes de contrôle.
    • Efficacité :
      • Veiller à ce que les équipements fonctionnent de manière continue et à leur pleine capacité.
  • Collaboration
    • Coordination :
      • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production pour minimiser les interruptions imprévues et maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.
    • Réactivité :
      • Réagir rapidement aux problèmes pour assurer une disponibilité maximale des équipements.
  • Amélioration Continue
    • Optimisation :
      • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance en proposant des solutions innovantes pour renforcer la fiabilité des équipements.
    • Innovation :
      • Suggérer des améliorations pour accroître la performance des systèmes électriques.
  • Sécurité
    • Conformité :
      • Appliquer rigoureusement les normes de sécurité en vigueur et garantir des conditions de travail sûres pour protéger les intervenants et les installations.

Profil Recherché
  • Expérience
    • Expertise confirmée en maintenance électrique industrielle, avec une maîtrise des équipements et systèmes de contrôle.
  • Connaissances Techniques
    • Bonne connaissance des équipements électriques industriels, des machines et des lignes de production.
    • Compétence en lecture et interprétation des schémas électriques et des plans de câblage.
  • Diagnostic et Résolution de Problèmes
    • Excellentes compétences en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes électriques, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et efficace.
  • Qualités Personnelles
    • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, et autonomie sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste.
  • Permis de Conduire
    • Permis de conduire valide requis pour les déplacements sur les sites des clients.
