Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of project execution for major industrial infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Team Management: Assemble and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets meticulously, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Risk Management: Proactively assess and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery.
