Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Clerk to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Legal Clerk, you will assist our lawyers in their work, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience in various legal fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support lawyers in their research and drafting of legal documents
  • Assist in the review of agreements and contracts
  • Participate in client meetings and gain practical exposure
  • Analyze and summarize legal materials for internal and external use
  • Engage in due diligence processes in corporate transactions
  • Perform legal administrative tasks as required
  • Attend internal meetings, trainings, and conferences
Requirements
  • Completion of the First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) in law with above-average results
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English – fluency in French would be a strong asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a legal career
  • Commitment to the full term of the Referendariat as required by the relevant legal authorities
