Description of Activities:

Our retail store is seeking a trainee to join our team in Mulhouse for a two-year apprenticeship program. As a trainee, you will alternate between work and training to prepare for a BTS MCO - Management Commercial Opérationnel degree. You will be accompanied by a company tutor and will be responsible for managing customer relationships and performing various tasks.

The training will take place at the Pigier Performance Paris school in Mulhouse.

The activity will be divided between direct customer contact and back-office management. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships via various channels (telephone, email, mail, internet).
  • Informing and advising customers.
  • Detecting customer needs and expectations and practicing commercial rebound.
  • Implementing commercial sales and prospecting actions.

Support to Management:

  • Accompanying team members on their main missions.
  • Participating in the follow-up and development of team activity.

Profile and Required Skills:

  • You are a high school graduate with a strong foundation in business and communication.
  • You have a good understanding of business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You possess strong written and oral communication skills, as well as basic math skills.
  • You have a good understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • You are able to work in a team and respect company rules and procedures.
