Position Overview
As part of our Digital Operations team, the IT Planning & Scheduling Specialist plays a pivotal role within the End-to-End Supply Chain product line, focusing on Logistics and Planning & Scheduling. This position is integral to our organizational transformation, driving growth, reshaping progress, and fostering sustainable shared value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancement and Monitoring: Oversee and improve supply chain planning applications, including Kinaxis Maestro, DynaSys, Aspen Plant Scheduler, AIMMS, and SAP MRP.
- Data Engineering: Integrate supply chain software through project setup, technical architecture review, and data model mapping and analysis.
- Project Coordination: Gather and analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and assist in the functional design approval process.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expertise across various technologies and teams to ensure effective solutions.
- Performance Accountability: Maintain high levels of solution performance, availability, and stability, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on supply chain architecture and applications.
- Best Practices Promotion: Advocate for standardization and collaboration within the team.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Value Orientation: Direct development activities to maximize business value and enhance user experience within the IoT ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Management team to monitor and report on application performance and project progress.
- Detailed Planning: Break down complex features into manageable tasks for efficient sprint execution.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technical design, development, and implementation of supply chain solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Dynasys, and Kinaxis Maestro.
- Familiarity with SAP BAPIs, WebMethods (ETL), PowerShell, SQL Server, T-SQL, and Web APIs.
- Experience with advanced analytics, reporting, data acquisition, and system integration techniques.
- Exposure to M.E.S Aveva, WAM Picaso, and Aspen Plant Scheduler is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
