Optician Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Optician Technician to join our team at Lunettes Pour Tous. As an Optician Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the assembly, control, adjustment, and delivery of optical equipment to our customers.

• Assemble and adjust optical equipment to meet customer specifications
• Manage daily orders and inventory, including stock replenishment and maintenance
• Receive and process shipments of optical equipment and materials
• Communicate with our national customer service team and other boutiques
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and visual merchandising displays
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Contribute to sales growth and achievement of monthly targets
