Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

This is a short-term contract based in Le Bon Marché. As a Senior Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you will play a crucial role in translating our brand DNA and story to clients, maintaining our brand image, and transforming client expectations into sales success and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend and participate in all training events, including sales techniques, sales ceremonies, and product knowledge trainings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, surpassing client expectations by following the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony.
  • Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through service delivery, positive attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and expected standards of behavior.
  • Respond to client queries and issues in a professional, effective, and timely manner, including managing return items or damages.
  • Demonstrate competent awareness of our overall business performance and the surrounding market/industry.
  • Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators to improve boutique/concession results and reach individual and store targets.
  • Develop detailed and extensive knowledge of all products and our brand culture and DNA to provide exceptional customer service and build sales.
  • Be an expert in product information, including knowledge of design, construction, craftsmanship, materials, and product care.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, resulting in strong sales performance, and ensure loyalty to the brand through personal interaction and active clientelling.
  • Drive CRM in your location and maintain your client file/book.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing your client base and client spend, including outreach to clients for events such as private sales, in-store events, or new product/collection launches.
  • Partner effectively and collaboratively with all team members to contribute to a professional and rewarding workplace culture.
