Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Assystem. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review subcontractor activities for compliance with quality management processes.
- Conduct quality audits and system reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor on-site quality control activities to ensure that they are being carried out in accordance with quality management processes.
- Present at quarterly quality forums to discuss quality-related issues and share best practices.
- Track and manage non-conformities and corrective actions to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure that quality management processes are being followed.
- Conduct quality inductions and training to ensure that all personnel understand quality management processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure that quality management processes are being effective.
- Communicate with third-party representatives to ensure that quality management processes are being followed.
Requirements:
- General High School Education.
- ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline.
- Associate Member CQI.
- CCNSG Safety Passport.
- Auditor Qualification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent in a related subject.
- Accredited training towards professional registration (e.g., CQI).
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Lead Auditor Qualification.
- Visual Welding Inspection Qualification.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in a Quality role within Delivery Operations, MRO, Project Delivery, or related industries.
- Experience in large-scale projects in regulated sectors like nuclear or similar.
- Leadership experience in a Joint Venture or Alliance environment.
