Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at URSSAF CAISSE NATIONALE. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational condition and developing projects for the applications of the RAF-AS product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate workshops to gather needs, model processes and objects, and propose and formalize functional design in agreement with the urbanist.
- Participate in cost estimates and impact studies of application architecture, design of solutions, and qualification of user and business needs.
- Define and write user stories (agile cycle) or general and detailed functional specifications (V cycle).
- Manage the backlog, define development priorities, and follow up on realization by partners in forfaitaire mode (TMA and TRA).
- Diagnose dysfunctions in support level 3 and during preventive, evolutionary, or corrective maintenance phases.
- Participate in the elaboration and implementation of the test plan in accordance with the defined test strategy with the test manager.
- Provide functional advice and support for the realization of developments and all downstream phases of the project.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science (bac + 5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional reference.
- Knowledge of modeling methods, specifications (UML and tools), and requirement management.
- Knowledge of SQL language and database query tools.
- Knowledge of the context and information systems of the social protection domain.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of different development processes (V cycle, iterative, or agile).
- Knowledge of code source reading.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA, API,...).
