About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Receptionist to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our Reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the reception service, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Verify customer reservations and invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate the management of arrivals and departures, ensuring all formalities are respected and procedures are followed.
- Maintain the quality of our service, adhering to our high standards and expectations.
- Provide information and assistance to guests, ensuring they have a positive experience at our hotel and resort.
- Facilitate communication between the reception and other departments, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer software and switchboard systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- BTS in Tourism, Hotel Management, or Tourism Animation and Management, or equivalent qualification.
What We Offer
- A permanent position with the possibility of starting on a fixed-term contract.
- A net monthly salary of 1600-1700 euros, depending on profile.
- 35 hours of work per week, with a mix of morning, day, and evening shifts.
- The possibility of accommodation, subject to availability.
