About the Role

Squad is seeking a highly skilled Expert Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in France or abroad. As an Expert Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a key role in establishing best practices for cybersecurity dedicated to operational technologies (OT) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to improve the security maturity of our industrial control systems (ICS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on security technologies, requirements, and processes for OT/IoT projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, infrastructure teams, developers, and operational stakeholders to define internal security policies and documentation for OT/IoT.
  • Support the development of the OT/IoT security design framework for new technological solutions with the cybersecurity governance team.
  • Lead security initiatives to secure industrial control systems (ICS).
  • Determine the necessary OT/IoT security requirements to provide secure services by evaluating business strategies and threats.
  • Establish ongoing security monitoring and compliance for OT/IoT in accordance with best practices and regulations, and provide project advice to help implement the cybersecurity governance team's recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST 800-53, NIST SP 800-82.
  • Knowledge and experience with risk evaluation approaches and methodologies.
  • You have in-depth knowledge (design, deployment, or maintenance) of OT architectures, supervisory systems such as SCADA, EMS, DCS, and control devices such as PLC, controllers, IED, etc.
  • You have experience with industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus TCP, HART, Profinet, etc).
  • You are aware of the trends and threats related to information security that industrial control systems and connected objects face.
  • Your knowledge of industrial security solutions such as Nozomi, Claroty, Palo Alto IoT, etc., is an asset.
  • You hold ideally one or more of the following certifications: IEC 62443, CSSA, Lead Scada Security Manager, SABSA, GICSP, GCIP, GRID, CISSP, CISM.
