Your Mission:
Reporting to the Modern Workplace Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining global modern workstation and deployment services, printer services, endpoint & asset management, and IT end-user communications.
- Creating solutions architecture for IT Modern Workplace product/service specialty areas, including enterprise desktop and printing services, M365 collaboration suite, Teams-based video conferencing, and MS Azure-based services, with a focus on cybersecurity aspects.
- Deploying a 3 to 5-year strategy for the IT Modern Workplace service specialty areas and building a roadmap to ensure lifecycle management and renewal, guaranteeing sustained IT infrastructure health.
- Supporting IT solution construction, implementation, and system integration within the Modern Workplace environment. You will also act as a project manager in the initial stages of projects, from ideation to feasibility.
- Playing a crucial role in the support structure as part of the escalation process, providing product/service-related expertise.
Your Profile:
Functional Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of IT Modern Workplace Service Strategy and Service Design, including knowledge of IT Service Delivery and the use of external factories.
- Strong familiarity with the M365 environment, experience with Intune deployment, and products like IAM or Endpoint & Asset Management, spanning both hardware and software (certifications are highly valued).
- Ability to analyze the current state, define the target by identifying gaps between the two states, and develop effective and structured approaches to close these gaps.
- Technical understanding of IT infrastructure products like Network, Systems & Hosting, and services, including cybersecurity areas.
- Good comprehension of how key IT infrastructure components integrate and function together to ensure downstream quality throughout the end-to-end product/service development and deployment process. This includes understanding how operational aspects are designed for reliability, resilience, and redundancy.
- Experience with appropriate architecture development methodologies and project management disciplines.
Managerial Skills:
- Coordinate teams and the link between domains of expertise. Review team work for technical accuracy and coordinate efforts with other managers and staff.
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management through clear communication, including fluency in English. French is a plus.
- Excellence in on-time, in-budget project delivery within agreed scope, encompassing conflict resolution, risk/issue management, escalation handling, and adherence to governance structures.
