As a Pricing Study Manager at Hartea Services, you will be primarily involved in estimating the costs of small renovation projects (between 300 K € and 1M €).

Your mission will be to determine, in a global manner, the technical procedures and costs of a project by:

  • Proposing the most suitable technical solution;
  • Consulting with subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Forecasting the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment).

Profile

We are looking for a professional with a degree from a higher education institution (bac+2 to bac+5) and 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing studies, ideally on small rehabilitation projects.
