Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams are responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. As a Quality Engineer II, you will play a key role in analyzing the ability of our products and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, recommend revisions, and install quality control systems
  • Develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components
  • Conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment
  • Develop, implement, and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies
Requirements
  • Engineering degree with specialization in mechanical/electrical engineering or similar
  • +3 years of professional experience in quality ideally from the automotive industry
  • Experience in the application of APIS-IQRM Pro and Q-Start
  • Certification as process auditor
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent and project-oriented mindset
  • Travel readiness within EMEA
