Job Summary

At Apple, security is at the forefront of our products and services. We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our Security Engineering & Architecture (SEAR) team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive forward security evaluations and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand program plans and schedules, and define plans for the execution of security evaluations and certifications.
  • Identify and resolve inter-dependencies or alignment issues to support the team in partnering with multiple organizations.
  • Clearly escalate major concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with partners from multiple divisions to define evaluation schedules and deliverables.
  • Identify project risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate project goals and progress to management, project team, and partners.
  • Identify process improvement areas, propose solutions, and carry out roll-out.

Requirements

  • Project management experience in engineering development and/or security.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
  • Passionate about quality and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to distill relevant information for the right audience, including via usage of reporting and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across a cross-functional organization.
  • Proven extensive experience leading complex and large cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
