Descriptif du poste

Dans le cadre de sa stratégie de croissance, SOFRILOG crée le poste de Data Analyst, à Paris. Doté de solides compétences en analyse de données, d'une expertise en intelligence artificielle et apprentissage automatique, vous rejoindrez la direction de la Performance et de l'Innovation dont la mission est d'appuyer l'ensemble des métiers de l'entreprise afin d'optimiser leurs actions en tirant le meilleur parti des données qui sont à leur disposition.

Au plus près des besoins des métiers et en étroite collaboration avec les contrôleurs de gestion, les chefs de projet IT, Logistique, Transport, IA, vous contribuerez activement à la structuration de l'entreprise et serez force de proposition pour identifier les sujets sur lesquels l'exploitation de la data est susceptible de lever des gains de productivité.

Vous éclairez les décisions de l'entreprise, par vos analyses quantitatives.

Missions
  • Réaliser des analyses statistiques et exploratoires
  • Construire des dashboards de suivi des performances permettant la prise de décision efficace pour le business
  • Développer et déployer des modèles prédictifs et des algorythmes de machine learning pour l'optimisation des processus logistiques, de la consommation et des coûts énergétiques
  • Participer à la définition, à la mise en place et à l'analyse des tests menés sur votre domaine d'intervention
  • Mener des études approfondies afin de mieux connaître nos clients, notre offre par métier et en proposer des modèles

En rejoignant la direction de la Performance et de l'Innovation de SOFRILOG, vous interviendrez sur toute la variété des métiers proposés par une ETI en plein essor, spécialisée en logistique et en transport des produits surgelés. Vous contribuerez ainsi à sa structuration, à son agilité et à son développement.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure en école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, vous avez déjà une première expérience a minima de 3 ans dans le domaine de la data analyse, idéalement acquise dans le secteur de la logistique, du transport, de la distribution ou du e-commerce.

Vous avez des compétences avancées en statistiques, maîtrisez les bases de données de type SQL et les langages de programmation. Vous avez des connaissances de techniques de machine learning. D'un naturel curieux et dynamique, vous vous épanouissez dans les sujets complexes et analytiques. Vous avez un goût certain pour les sujets techniques et les problèmes complexes et vous savez les partager de manière claire et pédagogique. Grâce à vos qualités relationnelles, le travail en équipe vous est naturel. Votre capacité d'adaptation et votre réactivité vous permettent d'évoluer dans un environnement en constant changement.
