Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bottega Veneta Bon Marché.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets
  • Maximizing business potential and optimizing sales by department
  • Mentoring and motivating staff to build a strong team
  • Supporting staff optimization and monitoring clienteling tools
  • Managing store image and operations in line with Bottega Veneta standards
  • Ensuring stock management and availability of merchandise and services
  • Building effective relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Excellent management and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in a managerial role
  • Ability to drive results and manage teams
  • Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
  • Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
  • Fluency in French and English
