Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Malt Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and growth of our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify and refine client needs, challenging them using sector and function knowledge
- Search for profiles on our platform and other internal matching solutions
- Qualify profiles and deliver the best ones to the client with a compelling argument
- Advise and support consultants and clients in the recruitment phase
- Participate in the closing process in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Propose improvements to processes and methods
- At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment/sales function with a knowledge of the consulting industry
- Experience in a BtoB environment with large accounts
- Minimum of a Master's degree in business or HR from a top university/business school
- Organized and rigorous
- Motivated by goals and achieving results
- Curious and want to learn and develop new skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
- Good level of English allowing you to communicate with international teams
