Customer Logistics Manager

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a highly skilled Customer Logistics Manager to join our Material and Logistics Support Front Office department. The successful candidate will be based at our site in Marignane, France.
This role will involve working as part of our front office logistics team, responsible for implementing initial provisioning lists (IPL) for commercialized clients.

Your Challenges:
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by tracking logistics KPIs (OTR/OTD, customer complaints, delayed orders, etc.).
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and contribute to revenue generation.
- Support supply chain initiatives and develop cross-functional action plans to improve customer service levels.
- Manage customer support contracts for spare parts.
- Represent Airbus Helicopters at customer conferences and meetings.
Travel may be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot the IPL delivery process from contract signing to invoicing.
- Ensure revenue targets are met and identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Act as the interface between internal departments (Finance, Warehouse, Transport, Program, etc.) and provide regular updates on IPL status.
- Manage non-conformities related to IPL.
- Contribute to IPL logistics performance and its impact on overall business performance.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and contribute to revenue generation.
- Support supply chain initiatives and develop cross-functional action plans to improve customer service levels.
- Represent Airbus Helicopters at customer conferences and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics or procurement.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in SAP (Procurement, Sales Administration, Logistics).
- Understanding and execution of contracts with all constraints.
- Customer service and teamwork skills.
Language Skills:
English: Advanced
French: Fluent
This role requires a security clearance or eligibility for one, as recognized by the relevant authorities.
