Job Description
As a Security & Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of all employees and customers within our store. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Maintaining and overseeing the functionality of customer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conducting thorough inspections of technical installations, including alarms, electrical systems, heating, and other essential infrastructure.
- Managing maintenance contracts and supervising subcontractors to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitoring interventions and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment within technical areas to facilitate smooth operations.
- Providing comprehensive training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
- Offering valuable insights and recommendations to the Management Team regarding safety-related matters.
- Performing minor maintenance tasks within the store to contribute to overall operational efficiency.
This role may require flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
