About the Role

This position requires strong financial planning and analysis skills, as well as experience with MS Excel and ERP systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of company performance.
  • Financial planning and analysis: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in controlling, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Strong MS Excel and ERP system skills.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and working under tight deadlines.
  • P2P and cash management experience.
  • Able to provide insightful analysis of financial data and promote good practices to non-financial stakeholders.
