R&D Site Unit Leader

EUROAPI is seeking a highly skilled R&D Site Unit Leader to join our team in Saint Aubin Les Elbeuf. As a key member of our R&D center of excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and leadership in the development of sustainably active pharmaceutical ingredients throughout Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the local R&D team, ensuring alignment with HSE standards and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the IPL MS team to develop processes, collect data, and provide information for feasibility studies.
- Supervise the management of new facilities dedicated to the team.
- Provide Datascience expertise and develop tools to improve process parameters management.
- Assess and evaluate employee contributions, plan and organize recruitments, and identify training needs.
- Good understanding of the role of Process Engineering in Industrial Operations.
- Familiarity with Big Data.
- Ability to reconcile varied requirements in an international environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation.
