About the Role

L'Union sociale pour l'habitat is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial statements, as well as providing expert advice on accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Closing and Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Provide expert advice on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our financial director and other team members to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Competitive salary range: 33-37 k.
  • Eligible for teleworking (up to 2 days a week).
