About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team at Yokogawa Electric Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute installations, modifications, and other professional services jobs in accordance with work orders and customer contracts.
  • Respond to allocated trouble requests, providing on-site service to restore functionality and resolve customer issues.
  • Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions, and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation; Chemical, Mechatronics.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in Industrial Automation Control systems, preferably with Yokogawa SCADA system and Yokogawa RTU.
  • Knowledge and experience of Foundation Fieldbus will be useful.
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
