Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Post Merger Integration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the integration strategy for newly acquired affiliates, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with our company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Post Merger Integration strategy, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with PLG's support functions and affiliate teams to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Manage the integration timelines, milestones, budget, and interdependencies, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Define and cascade the integration blueprint into an actionable plan, utilizing our PMI tracker.
- Ensure the update of PMI project management documents and coordinate the integration communication and change management plan.
- Continuously improve PMI tools and methodology, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Economics, or Management.
- 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in consulting (big 4 preference) or 7-10 years as a Project/Program Manager in the Pharma industry.
- Fully autonomous in defining a Post Merger Integration Plan and Project Management.
- Solid business and financial acumen, with strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
- Lateral leadership and conflict resolution skills, with emotional intelligence for change management.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with a 'can-do' attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with decision-making capability and sensitivity to escalation.
