We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist Advisor to join our team in vibrant Barcelona. As a key member of our cross-border marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of digital marketing for the Dutch market.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on impactful advertising campaigns for Dutch companies while enjoying the perfect balance of professional growth and personal fulfillment.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales or marketing, with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and drive results through effective campaign management.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize results and improve client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues to drive innovation and excellence.
- C1/C2-level Dutch proficiency.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (nice to have).
- EU citizenship or a valid Spanish residence card.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of €28,000 gross per year.
- A performance bonus of up to €3,408 gross per year.
