Join a dynamic team within a rapidly expanding organization dedicated to revolutionizing electrical transportation. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team leader, the TA Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth through effective operational performance and management of TA initiatives within the scope of an HR Manager.

Position Overview:

The TA Lead is responsible for crafting strategic TA action plans aimed at achieving high-quality hires while optimizing time-to-hire within their designated area.

- Collaborates closely with the HR Manager to provide insightful, data-driven recommendations regarding recruitment performance.

- Oversees global recruitment efforts for a specific segment of the workforce.

- Ensures individual recruitment operational performance is met.

- Evaluates candidates to guarantee the onboarding of individuals with the essential soft skills to excel within the organization.

- Manages relationships with recruitment agencies.

Coordinates TA specialists who assist with open positions in the designated area, depending on workload demands.

May engage in various TA-related projects.

Key Responsibilities, Objectives, and Performance Indicators:

- Gather recruitment requirements from the HR Manager, considering both national and international perspectives with a mid-term vision: challenge job descriptions and devise strategies to effectively meet hiring objectives;

- Maintain data integrity to facilitate real-time TA-related analyses of KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and streamlining the recruitment process at both individual and collective levels.

- Collaborate with department heads to implement recruitment efficiency strategies: establish data-driven reviews to assess each department's talent acquisition status and work with stakeholders to create and execute improvement plans.

- Develop and sustain actionable talent pools that can be engaged regularly through the ATS and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Design tailored talent acquisition projects at both local and global levels in collaboration with various stakeholders to support their growth.

- Conduct high-level HR interviews in English, French, and other languages as required, contribute to final candidate selection, and formulate targeted hiring proposals for both local and international executive applicants.

- Ensure optimal utilization of TA tools and maintain a strategic outlook for potential new tools to enhance the TA stack, in alignment with the Recruitment Operations Manager and Group TA Manager.

- Coordinate TA specialists assigned to fulfill the recruitment needs of the designated area to maximize efficiency and ensure quality monitoring.

Identify and cultivate a community of company advocates to enhance the ambassador program at local and national levels (social media, campus engagement, etc.).

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Experience in the industrial and/or R&D sectors, particularly in international contexts and fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to manage both niche and high-volume recruitment (50+ hires annually as an individual).

Effective monitoring of TA activities based on data quality and an analytical mindset.

Proven capability to conduct behavior-based assessments on candidates, including team leaders.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years in the talent acquisition field, showcasing the ability to design, implement, and sustain effective TA strategies.

Part of this experience should be as a TA specialist in a matrix organization.

Educational Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Studies.

- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages such as German or Italian is advantageous.

Attributes such as commitment, proactivity, innovative thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills are also expected.

Additional Skills that Distinguish Candidates:

Experience in multicultural environments, particularly with talents from Asia and/or expertise in foreign worker relocation policies, would be a significant advantage.
