Banking Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Controller at Banque de France. As a key member of our Joint Supervisory Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our banking group with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the compliance of our banking group and its subsidiaries with prudent regulatory requirements.
• Analyze the financial situation of our establishment, taking into account its strategy, governance, risk levels, and risk management.
• Diagnose the internal control systems of our establishment.
• Contribute to regular dialogue with our establishment to obtain information necessary for refining analysis and diagnosis.
• Identify infractions of our establishment to regulatory requirements, request their resolution, and follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Propose thematic meetings and targeted analyses, and participate in the work planned accordingly.
• Participate in the development of on-site investigation programs, exploit inspection reports, and follow up on the implementation of recommendations resulting from these investigations.
• Maintain close relationships with all members of the Joint Supervisory Team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Economics from a reputable university or business school.
• Excellent knowledge of economic and financial principles, with a good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions
