Permanent Metrology Technician in Marseille M/F

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive metrological services for instruments utilized at EFS PAC,
  • Assist in overseeing the inventory of the Metrology Department's instruments,
  • Support material correspondents with documentation management and equipment tracking,
  • Contribute to the development of new verification protocols,
  • Engage in metrological studies,
  • Assist the Biomedical Manager in equipment oversight at EFS through GMAO (SAP) maintenance,
  • Provide support to the maintenance team for specialized operations such as equipment relocation.

Position Specifics

The metrology technician should be motivated, meticulous, organized, and capable of working independently. The role involves collaboration within a team and may require travel to various regional sites needing metrological services.

A valid driver's license is necessary.

Experience in laboratory accreditation (ISO/IEC) is essential.

Familiarity with laboratory management and quality assurance is advantageous.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant Experience: Background in metrology

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree
  • Diploma: DEUG / BTS / DUT
  • Experience range: 3 to 6 years
