Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician Consultant to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As a key member of our Health Economics and Market Access department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a lead analyst on projects, including Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC), Network Meta-Analysis (NMA), and clinical trial data analysis.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and identify optimal methodological solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of project solutions, supported by statistical analysts, and develop high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead client meetings and act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Act as a project manager on projects, including ITC, NMA, and clinical trial data analysis.
  • Coordinate the work of team members internally and represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events.
  • Provide management and technical support to other team members within the department.
  • Coach junior team members on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics (minimum MS degree or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience in Statistics.
  • Extensive experience in ITC (Indirect Treatment Comparison).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent project organization and management skills.
  • Experience in project team supervision and leadership skills.
  • Working with cross-functional teams (stats/HE/market access/other).
  • Excellent time management skills.
Language

English C1-C2 (will be assessed during the first contact conversation).
