We are a leading company in industrial gases, and our entity Air Liquide France Industrie participates in our customers' innovative development applications. Our team is responsible for optimizing gas production sites in France, Italy, and Iberia.
Your main missions will be:
- Apply the defined operational plan based on customer consumption and recommendations from the energy purchasing team.
- Ensure non-automated production control via dedicated interfaces.
- Adjust the set points for pressures/flows of gas and liquid productions; optimize the energy efficiency of factories by remotely adjusting production parameters.
- Launch automatic start/stop sequences (e.g., liquefiers, compressors).
- Communicate in real-time with customers regarding all aspects of their consumption, whether in normal conditions or in degraded situations.
- Supervise the status of all delivery points.
- Manage production incidents by verifying that backup production means have started and analyzing possible production scenarios.
- Coordinate in real-time with sites for manual operations.
Additionally, you will ensure the global optimization of units in real-time:
- Adapt the operational plan in real-time based on variations in customer consumption, energy coordination recommendations, and operational constraints to achieve the planned production.
- Communicate in real-time with customers and experts to help define future operational plans.
- Participate in the development of efficiency projects by providing information on operating modes.
- Contribute to the deployment of the operational excellence program by participating in efficiency improvement projects.
- Develop and use real-time Big Data tools, analysis, and predictive maintenance.
