Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bikeurope B.V. (France). As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales floor team to achieve store sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional and inviting shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales floor team to achieve store sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in the merchandising of the store to ensure a professional and inviting shopping experience.
- Monitor store supplies and order/purchase as needed.
- Responsible for exporting daily files into QuickBooks at least weekly.
- Actively participate in all facets of human resources and staffing within the store.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
