We are seeking a Master Fragrance Formulator to join our team in Argenteuil, France. As a key member of our fragrance development team, you will play a crucial part in refining and adapting fragrance formulations to meet the needs of our customers.

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for:

  • Adapting and refining fragrance formulations according to creation guidelines
  • Developing fragrance ingredient alternatives in line with new regulations or other challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Partnering with global functions to study and implement technical solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical or Creative Perfumer within the fragrance industry
  • Strong customer service focus with solid business acumen
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and results-driven approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
