About the Role
As Cybersecurity Director, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets and ensuring their compliance with evolving cybersecurity regulations. You will be a key member of our Cloud & DevOps team, collaborating closely with engineers and security professionals to implement robust security measures across our diverse portfolio of projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with client security teams to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security controls tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams across France and Europe, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
- Champion the adoption of industry-leading security tools and technologies throughout our client projects, ensuring alignment with established security frameworks.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for various systems and applications, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Lead incident response efforts, effectively detecting, analyzing, and remediating security threats in a timely manner.
- Ensure our clients remain compliant with relevant cybersecurity regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA, by providing expert guidance and support.
- Coordinate security audits and compliance assessments for our clients, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cybersecurity partnerships, identifying key vendors and managing contractual relationships.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure timely and secure patching of systems and applications.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong engineering background in cybersecurity, network security, or software development.
- Demonstrate proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing security measures within complex IT environments.
- Have hands-on experience with public cloud security architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Be well-versed in cybersecurity governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in utilizing a range of security tools, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, and identity and access management solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of network security, operational security, and application security principles.
- Have experience integrating technical security solutions (e.g., IAM) into existing IT infrastructures.
- Be familiar with risk assessment methodologies and possess strong analytical skills.
- Hold one or more relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM).
- Have a proven track record of working effectively in international environments.
