Airbus is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Investigator to join its Ethics & Compliance Risk, Investigations and Voluntary Disclosures team in Toulouse, France.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations of Compliance allegations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to address compliance gaps.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate Compliance investigations, working closely with the Risk team to assess Compliance risk and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Manage outside legal counsel and draft internal reports and presentations on relevant topics.
- Work with divisions, regions, and subsidiaries to ensure adherence to Airbus policies related to Compliance allegations.
- Develop and deploy best practices in the conduct of internal Compliance investigations, including training and awareness sessions within the Compliance teams and other Airbus functions.
- Educated to degree level in Law or equivalent.
- At least 7 or 8 years of experience in advising in Compliance matters, ideally dealing with anti-bribery and corruption investigations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to involve others appropriately in consultations and decisions.
- Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality, and trust.
- Excellent writing skills in English required to draft reports and memos.
- Languages: English (fluent); knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
