We deliver a wide array of services (consultation, sales, and leasing) aimed at supporting the care, assistance, and home hospitalization of elderly, ill, and disabled individuals.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Multifunctional Agent (M/F) for a permanent role within our organization.

As a Multifunctional Agent (M/F) at BASTIDE LE CONFORT MEDICAL, your responsibilities will encompass the delivery, setup, and collection of medical apparatus from healthcare institutions.

You will also oversee cleaning and routine maintenance tasks to guarantee the continued usability of medical devices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. DELIVERY / SETUP

  • Assess the equipment according to your route schedule
  • Organize your vehicle based on your itinerary
  • Deliver and set up medical equipment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Follow the planned schedule
  • Educate patients, clients, and their families on the proper use of equipment with an emphasis on safety
  • Collect rental equipment while conducting pre-cleaning procedures
  • Inspect the condition of returned equipment and complete necessary documentation in case of damage
  • Provide daily reports (self-assessment) on your activities and inform your supervisor of any concerns

2. CLEANING / DISINFECTION

  • Sanitize and disinfect medical devices
  • Adhere to the established protocols by the organization (disinfection procedures, device handling, packaging)
  • Ensure the hygiene of devices and maintain cleanliness in the workspace and vehicle

3. MAINTENANCE

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on medical devices by identifying potential issues
  • Perform basic repairs on products and medical devices
  • Ensure proper documentation of completed and upcoming repairs

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
