We are currently on the lookout for a Methods and Operations Engineer (m/f) to support our client's expansion.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Site Manager, providing essential support to operations and coordinating various teams on flow, storage, and service enhancement matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management:
    - Ensure optimal team and organizational configuration in line with client specifications
    - Contribute to the development of a roadmap for continuous improvement initiatives on-site, working directly with operational teams
    - Oversee project implementation encompassing human resources, infrastructure, IT, and quality, while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and time objectives
    - Propose strategies to improve client service, integrating safety into daily operations
    - Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and Lean Manufacturing principles, utilizing classic Kaizen methodologies
    - Address performance deficiencies with structured approaches, empowering operational teams with tailored support
    - Promote sustainable practices and assist operational managers in activity monitoring during temporary absences

The ideal candidate should hold an engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable role, leading hands-on projects.
