Work Environment

We are currently experiencing a period of exciting opportunities in Europe and are expanding our international team. We have several openings within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure division, EIFFAGE Norge.

Project Overview

Eiffage Norge is the primary contractor for a significant highway project, which includes the construction of a 4-lane, 18km highway featuring multiple bridges and twin tunnels.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to enhance the quality of our financial department. The ideal candidate will possess a background in cost control, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and engage in a major infrastructure project.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the cost control processes for the project, including monthly reporting and budget monitoring.
  • Report directly to the Administrative & Financial Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Supervise the cost control team.
  • Conduct financial analyses and report any budget variances.
  • Provide the Project Management Team with a comprehensive financial overview to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in budget preparation.
  • Coordinate monthly progress assessments with engineers and analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs.
  • Prepare monthly reports for cost control meetings in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate forecasts related to activities, costs, and cash flow with engineers and the Project Management Team.
  • Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control.
